The Marshalltown YMCA-YWCA is a home for active bodies and minds, and for people of all ages and interests. Healthy living stretches beyond physical activity – creative thinking, interests, passions and learning new things are as important as diet and exercise. We are here to enrich people’s lives in all areas.
We offer a variety of programs for adults who want to try their hand at new skills, brush up on old ones and meet people with similar interests. Take a class where you can make something with your hands, or express yourself through art. Move to a new dance or cook up a new dish. Try something different at the Y!
