Personal Training
The Marshalltown Y’s Personal Training program works with individuals to develop a personal fitness program that gives them one on one attention to stay motivated and on target. Personal fitness trainers are lifestyle managers, consultants, and “coaches” that work one-on-one with clients to improve their overall wellness.

Personal Training at the Y is safe and private: Our trainers can reserve a private space for your session and provide entry to the facility with limited exposure to others.
